The Annual Parish Meeting for the Local Government Electors in the Parish of Broughton will be held at Broughton Village Hall, Mile End Lane, Broughton, on
WEDNESDAY 19 MARCH 2008 at 8.00pm for the purpose of transacting the business detailed below. If any Elector wishes to give written notice of any proposed resolution for consideration by the meeting then such should now be forwarded to the Clerk, at the address shown above.
Please note that the meeting will be held in the Main Room of the Village Hall, immediately following the regular Parish Council meeting that starts at 7.00pm. Please enter quietly whilst the Parish Council meeting concludes in the committee room.
